Driver Standards
Drivers are expected to present professionally, follow agreed timings, communicate clearly and operate in line with passenger safety and service expectations.
Where required, we can request additional driver requirements such as DBS clearance, experience with educational groups or event-specific instructions.
Safety & Compliance
Transport is planned with attention to licensing, insurance, driver hours, vehicle suitability, passenger requirements and route considerations.
For schools, events and structured programmes, we can support additional planning around pickup points, safeguarding expectations, supervision and movement control.
