Vehicle Suitability
Every movement is reviewed around the group, route and itinerary.
We consider passenger numbers, luggage, access restrictions, journey length, service level, destination requirements and whether the vehicle is suitable for the overall programme.
Driver Standards
Drivers hold the correct licence category and a valid Driver CPC for the vehicle operated, present in business dress, and work to the agreed itinerary and timings.
Enhanced DBS-checked drivers are supplied on request for school, academy and safeguarding-sensitive movements, along with drivers experienced in educational and event operations.
Safety & Compliance
Transport is planned with attention to licensing, insurance, driver hours, vehicle suitability, passenger requirements and route considerations.
For schools, events and structured programmes, we can support additional planning around pickup points, safeguarding expectations, supervision and movement control.
Communication
Clear communication is central to how we work.
Before travel you receive confirmed timings, the driver's name and mobile number, and the vehicle registration, make, model and colour. A named coordinator is contactable throughout the movement.

Contingency Planning
Group transport can change quickly.
Where required, we consider backup options, operator support, timing risks, traffic conditions, airport delays, access restrictions and changes to passenger numbers or luggage.
