  • How do I request a quote or make a booking?

    Alternatively for corporate or event clients, bookings will be made upon further discussion.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Cancellations must be confirmed in writing, other methods apart from this will not be valid

    • Cancellation 28+ days before travel → Full refund minus admin fee

    • 14–27 days → 50% of total hire cost payable

    • 7–13 days → 75% payable

    • Less than 7 days → 100% payable

    Exceptions may apply for long-term contracts or force majeure events.

  • Can I change my booking after confirmation?

    Yes — changes can usually be made up to 48 hours before travel, subject to vehicle and driver availability.

    If Itinerary, distance, or duration lessens the price will still remain as qouted.

    Additional charges may apply if theres an extention on your itinerary, distance, or duration for the day(s).

  • Do you require a deposit?

    Yes. A deposit is usually required to confirm a booking, with the balance due up to 14 days prior to departure - Requirements: 25% of the total booking amount

    Corporate or account clients may have alternative terms.

    Private Charter Group operates throughout the United Kingdom, Ireland, and Europe.

    Our network covers all major cities, airports, seaports, and key destinations across the continent.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept bank transfer, major debit/credit cards, and approved corporate accounts.
