-
Where do you operate?
Private Charter Group operates throughout the United Kingdom, Ireland, and Europe.
Our network covers all major cities, airports, seaports, and key destinations across the continent.
-
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer, major debit/credit cards, and approved corporate accounts.
Visa/Master | Amex | Google pay | Apple Pay | Klarna (upon request) and many more.
-
Can you accommodate passengers with accessibility needs?
Yes. Let us know at the time of enquiry if a passenger requires a wheelchair-accessible vehicle, additional boarding time, or other accessibility support, and we'll allocate a suitable vehicle and brief the driver accordingly.
-
Can you provide discretion for private or high-profile clients?
Yes. We regularly support corporate executives, private individuals and public figures who require a higher level of discretion. This includes limiting internal access to booking details and, where requested, a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement covering the Company and/or the assigned driver. See our Discretion & Confidentiality Policy for full detail, or contact us to arrange an NDA ahead of your journey.
-
How far in advance should I book?
For standard day hires, we recommend booking as early as possible to guarantee vehicle availability, particularly during peak periods (school holidays, major events). For multi-day tours or fully planned itineraries, we typically issue a proposal within 24–48 hours of receiving your brief, so the earlier we have your requirements the more options we can offer.
-
What happens if a vehicle breaks down during my journey?
In the event of a mechanical failure, we take reasonable steps to repair or substitute the vehicle and minimise delay. Compensation in this situation is limited to the value of the unused portion of the journey — full detail is in our Terms & Conditions.
-
Is there a minimum or maximum group size you can accommodate?
No fixed minimum or maximum — we coordinate everything from a single executive car to large, multi-vehicle touring programmes. Let us know your passenger numbers when you enquire and we'll allocate suitable vehicle capacity.
-
What happens if I have a complaint?
Complaints can be submitted by email, phone, or in writing, and are acknowledged within 3–5 working days. Full detail on our process, including timescales for investigation and resolution, is set out in our Complaints Handling Policy.
-
Do you own your own vehicles, or use other operators?
We coordinate movements through a vetted network of professional, fully licensed operators, rather than running a single in-house fleet. This means we can match the right vehicle and driver to each job — from a single executive car to a multi-coach touring programme — while holding every operator to the same standards of licensing, insurance and presentation.
-
Are your drivers vetted or DBS checked?
Yes. All operators in our network are required to meet defined licensing, insurance and driver standards. For journeys involving schools, youth groups or other vulnerable passengers, we encourage enhanced DBS checks and can provide evidence of driver vetting on request — full detail is set out in our Safeguarding & Child Protection Policy.
