  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept bank transfer, major debit/credit cards, and approved corporate accounts.

  • Do you require a deposit?

    Yes. A deposit is usually required to confirm a booking, with the balance due prior to departure - adequate amount of £100

    Corporate or account clients may have alternative terms.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Cancellations must be made in writing.

    More than 7 days before travel – Full refund less admin fee

    3–7 days – 50% refund

    Less than 72 hours – Full charge applies

    Exceptions may apply for long-term contracts or force majeure events.

  • Can I change my booking after confirmation?

    Yes — changes can usually be made up to 48 hours before travel, subject to vehicle and driver availability.

    Additional charges may apply if your itinerary, distance, or duration changes.
